Since the roots of my teeth are pulsing while writing this review I would have to say my visit was bittersweet. My teeth and gums are clean but it seems that my mouth is temporarily out of order. My personal contact with Dr. Adams was rewarding and somewhat inspirational for me. I must say that, as a customer, I felt welcome and appreciated.

As always, Dr. Adams office staff greeted me warmly. They alerted me right away to a blip in my dental insurance and gave me the choice of cancelling the appointment. I felt I needed to have the periodontal work done and went ahead. They were going to wait to charge me until we got the insurance straightened out but I thought it might be fun to pay and have a credit which I did. My periodontist was super and did a great job and gave me some tips for dealing with the spaces between crowns and...read more gums. The insurance is straightened out now, thanks to their help. This was my first visit. Appointment was on time as expected with no additional wait. Front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Dental assistants/x-ray technicians were very personable and super easy to work with. The best part of the visit was meeting Dr Adams. He gave me the most thorough oral/dental examination I’ve ever had. We had a great discussion about my health and dental health history and then he immediately began to strategize on a care plan. Was able to get me in emergently same day..which was appreciated. Called that eve to see how I was doing. Staff and dr very pleasant and accommodating.
