In an age of low customer service and impersonal interaction the office and staff of Dr. Val do not exhibit these undesirable traits. This is a very professional group yet care about you as an individual - I wish all service organizations could meet this level of care - Great culture in an organization begins at the top - way to go Dr. Val. -- if you notice I never mentioned the dental care which is excellent!!
