For the first time ever, I had a piece dental floss stuck between my back teeth. Couldn't get it out no matter what I did. Had a routine checkup scheduled for next week but this couldn't wait. The dental hygenist did a very good job at removing it which was a relief. Further, the front desk staff did a great job at working me in on short notice. Thank you to all.
I was so nervous about my appointment today and Dr. Moon and the girls were amazing. I have never been to a more caring office in my 38 yrs. The girls up front were very helpful and so inviting as soon as you walk through the door. From this southern gal you all rock.
I came in because I had a problem that needed attention. I had mentioned in my new patient paperwork that I was very nervous and had some anxiety about being in a dentist office. Plus it had been years since I saw a dentist. As I was leaving to go to my appointment, the office called and said they could get me in earlier than my scheduled time. This was my first cleaning in a little while, and I was very nervous. The staff did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable, and everyone was extremely nice! My cleaning was quick and painless. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Again, another WONDERFUL experience at Arbor Creek Dental. Sarah helped me get a clean done and she was great! She would tell me what she was doing before she did it (using a new tool, etc.), she was very friendly, and the whole office is so great. Keep up the good work!
From the call to make my appointment through my dental exam, the staff at Arbor Creek was friendly and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing & now I will be calling Arbor Creek my new dental office.
I would absolutely recommend Arbor Creek dental to anyone I know. I've never had a tooth filling go so painlessly and I truly feel like my dentist loves what she does and it shows in how she treats her patients. Everyone that works there is awesome!! My whole family goes there..Thank goodness!
I just had my "new patient" consultation and first cleaning / check-up. This is the nicest, most professional dentist I have ever been to. Every step was explained well and all questions were fully answered to my satisfaction from the first call to set an appointment with Ashley, to the quick and painless cleaning with Melissa, followed by a thorough review of my x-ray's and close up pictures of my teeth with Melissa and Dr. Moon.
