Normally the wait time is very short. However, on my last visit, they did not call me back until 25 minutes after my appointment time. No one had left or come out before I was called back. Also, the front desk people sounded as if they were having a party, loud, very focused on what they were doing on the internet. Barely acknowledge me coming in.
