My daughter has been coming here for a little over 3 years. We’ve always been greeted by a wonderful and helpful reception area team. Nevertheless long wait. The staff are all smiles ( even if there masks are on) making the children feel warmly welcomed. The whole teams know how on keeping kids attention and calm are great. They’ll walk you through it, I love these people! 🦷🪥
Absolutely love this dental my son has been a patient here for over 4 years! We have had a smooth and friendly experience every single visit. Their office is so unique, entertaining and very kid friendly. The Assistants, Hygienists, and Dentists are extremely knowledgeable and transparent when discussing keeping your child’s teeth healthy! We are extremely thankful for all employees at Smile Safari.
Great experience with the dentist and the waiting room was very fun for a two year old. Did not like having to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time especially at 7:30 in the morning.
All my Son’s experiences at Smile Safari Derby location have been great and has a family feel. We’ll go until they are too old 😊

It is a nice place... clean and the staff, not to mention very kind, attentive, respectful and committed... my son felt very comfortable and was happy... I wonder when we would return...
She loves coming to Safari. I also love how they explain everything to me as it happens. Sometimes adults get a little more scared than the kids and it means a lot that the staff goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable too.
All the staff is so friendly and makes sure the children feel comfortable. It’s always clean and well organized. We have loved every visit. Also Dr K is amazing. After my sons dental procedure she called that evening to check on him.
