The male dental hygienist was phenomenal with my son, who has high anxiety in the dentist setting. My son even bit his finger, and he handled it really well and was able to encourage and put my sons mind and anxiety at ease. He deserves all the recognition and praise for the wonderful person he is!

Dustin answered every single question of my 3yo son’s with sincerity and patience. His kindness really helped my anxious son have a great appointment. I was dreading bringing in 3 young kids but Dustin made them feel right at home. Thank you! Dr Hammond is always very friendly. Easily our best dentist office experience

We experienced really rude staff at the pediatric dentist we called in our town to get our daughter a check up and teeth cleaning and they would not book us an appointment from what seemed to be discrimination against us. Spoke to a very soft spoken gentleman on the phone and got us in, hoping to have a good experience when we take our little one in! So far I’m pleased!

I cannot say enough about how awesome the staff is at shadow creek! I called in the morning having to cancel my sons appointment due to car trouble. They actually were able to fit us in later the same day. Needless to say.. My son is special needs and had a huge meltdown before going. We ended up being an hour and a half late and At that point I was expecting to go in person to reschedule and ask for a note that I had gone as I have missed work due to my son quite frequently. Not only wa...read mores tracy (at reception) kind and accomodating she said if we didn't mind waiting we could probably still get his teeth done. I almost burst into tears right then. At that point I was say past exhausted and done with the days events.... I was more than happy to settle in for the long hall and wait. I took in all the chaos (I counted 8 different kids of various ages) somersaulting, a couple kids jumping up and down on furniture, a wailing toddler with an older sibling dancing around making faces and some exasperated moms trying to keep it together. It was a zoo in there. She must've seen my panic or read my mind because (all I could think was this. Is. Way. Too. Much. My son will be overstimulated and out of his mind in a couple minutes) with a kind smile she said we were welcome to wait outside or in a quiet area in the back and she would come and get us. At that point it was very loud and although Carlos was on the phone and then translating, he never raised his voice or showed any sign of losing his composure. A couple times when a child would jump off the furniture or bang on the tv screen, tracy would gently remind them to be safe and be careful with the tv. Not once did she get stern or lose her smile. The dental hygenist was very patient , taking the time to make sure my son knew what.was going on and even waited for my son to respond and say it was ok.to go ahead with the cleaning He was super efficient kind and my son is no longer afraid to got to the dentist.
