I’ve had a great experience at the dentist. Dr. Bilbeisi and Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable during my treatment. To help aid with sensitivity she gave me ozone therapy which really helped with my sensitivity. I’m so happy I found them.
Service is great! Staff is punctual and very knowledgeable. They educated me about my situation and offered suggestions to resolve the problem. They are very pleasant and professional and put you at ease. The office is in a good location in Urbandale. Easy to find and lots of free parking. The office has modern equipment . The hours are good for working people. It's great for the whole family!
Had my first appointment on 8/14. They greet you as soon as you get in the office. They got me into the room and started my cleaning in less than 10 minutes! In my previous experience with other dental practices, it takes an average of 25-30 minutes after my appointment time to get started! Very friendly staffs, clean office, very professional and they answered all of my questions. It's hard to find a great dental office like this! The Dr. and the hygienist were awesome!
Very impressed how well Dr. B did fixing my splinted front teeth. The mobility of my teeth greatly reduced after she fixed one area behind my front teeth. Also, nice and smooth, because we all have to use our tongues to keep feeling something different in our mouths.
