I currently had 2 appointments the first of prepping my root canal tooth for a crown. The care and chair side etiquette was tremendous. Conversations, of explanation, why and what Dr. Koetke was performing and expectations. My second appointment was also a 10+. I always feel the concern and care beyond expected. I’ve worked in many Dental Offices with my past employment and have always tried to treat others the way I would want to be treated. I have use Family Denistry for years. They have always, had very kind, caring and always ecellent staff and Dentists. I have never had any unpleasent services or experience. You feel like family there. They have a great insurance they offer their patients. Resonably priced. You won't be dissappointed.
