Beautiful establishment with super friendly staff! From the front desk, dental assistant/hygienists and the dentists (Dr. Marsho especially) I can say that they are all professional, thorough and competent, making a trip to the dentist enjoyable! Appreciate having them in our community!
Family Dentistry is sort of like a family to me. They take excellent care of my teeth and make sure to check them for me about every four months. Because my gums have receded over time, I'm pretty sensitive. They are careful to numb me up until I'm comfortable. They offer me tips about things I can do to improve my teeth cleaning at home. I called Family Dentistry because I had a tooth that was hurting clear up into my ear. They got me in right away, diagnosed it, and got me relief the same day. They have been my dentist of choice for 20 years, same great service and very caring staff from the front desk to the dentist's chair.
The dental technician was very professional. He was efficient, friendly and concerned about my comfort.
Except for some years when my family moved to Des Moines, I have received the service of Family Dentistry of Grinnell since 2001. I have found their service exemplary. Starting from the reception to the treatment the service is efficient, warm, niece and respectful. I would recommend to all people who need dentist service with out hesitation. Best experience i’ve had in the 23 years i’ve been going to family dentistry. Dr Marsho is amazing and very informative. i plan to have him be my family dentist from now on. It’s people like him that make small town businesses successful!
Consistently excellent
I had new dental hygienist named Jason, and he did an excellent job! He told me what he was doing before he did it so there were no surprises. I really hope he is visiting the Grinnell office again the next time I come in for a checkup! Dr. Chris did his usual thorough job, and made me laugh. It was a great check-up as usual. It just so happened that Jamie was cleaning my teeth, who I actually don't personally know - but I worked with her Mother for many years starting before Jamie and her sister and brother were born. You know how it is when you work with someone for a long time, you kind of know their children and that's what happened here - I asked what was going on with her and her siblings. I was treated very well. I have requested a blanket and neck pillow in the past and it was brought without my asking. I was kept up to date. All procedures were explained to my satisfaction. Overall good experience from my arrival to my departure. Good job.
