Great experience. Nice to have assistants who converse about enjoyable experiences and a doctor who does the same. It makes removing a tooth an "OK" maneuver. You would think the experience would not be pleasurable but my Douglas Dental experience was not much to fuss about. Now that's doing something well!
I am always impressed with the friendly, helpful staff at Douglas Dental. Dr. Rastetter is great to work with and explains procedures well. He has hired a competent, engaging staff.
I always get so many happy smiles when I go there...Thank you for all the good care you give. I always get a little nervous but 2 mins in chair they have me much more relaxed because they are gentle and caring how you are doing while they must do there job
I have Bell's palsy, can only use the right side of my mouth to eat. The left side is dead. Renee does a great job cleaning my teeth under the circumstances. I have complete confidence in Dr Rastetter. I am lucky to have such good care.
Always punctual, checked in on time, in the chair getting teeth cleaned, met with dentist and discussed future care of teeth. In and out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this office to all for best care of teeth.
All employees are professional and friendly. My appointment was on time. Chelsea took the time to give my teeth a thorough cleaning. No pain.
