Spoke to staff on phone. I am not a patient, but I had a crown dislodge, and my personal dentist office was closed with no emergency number left for me to contact.Nicole was unable to get me in, as their emergency slots were filled, however, after asking a number of questions, I was reassured and advised on how to handle the issue until my dental office opened.Thank you.
She is the only dentist that didn't hurt me she was very gentle and caring and I always feel like she has my best interest in heart.❤
By far the best practice around. Brittni is phenomenal at explaining benefits and making sure you get the most out of your insurance. She even goes out of her way when finding appointment times that fit your scenario & schedule. Staff is always super friendly and informative. I had previously went to another office and was quoted a very unreasonable amount. Dental health partners not only saved me money but also saved teeth that others would have pulled. They take the time to get to know you. Friendly people, great chair-side etiquette, and professional. Taking care of your teeth is a team effort with these people.
