the nurses and Dr. Wong explained everything they were going to do as they were doing or being starting to do it which helped my anxiety A LOT...they also did not talk down to me about any of my teeth issues, it was more of a "we are a team" thing and working out a plan. Stephanie at the front desk also helped me a lot with insurance, payment, and money questions.absolutely love the office and dental staff!!!

I was so so happy with the service that I receive everyone there on the staff was absolutely superb. Excellent made us feel very comfortable. My husband and myself my husband is so comfortable that he decided to set up a visit for himself. I’m so happy that we came in, I’d like to thank the doctor for all of her help and all of her information and the staff as well. Excellent excellent excellent.

I discovered a hole in the side of a molar. Dr. Smolnicky evaluated the tooth and explained his preferred treatment. The hole was repaired quickly, efficiently, and totally painlessly. I am completely satisfied with my dental visit this morning, and I recommend Dr. Smolnicky and Dr. Wong to all who are looking for complete and compassionate dental care.

Dr. Wong and her employees are nice and I feel like I am family thier. I trust Dr. Wong as my dentist and I will continue to use her services. I recently bought a nasal spray from her business and the spray has helped me out tremendously. This is not a paid review, this is my honest opinion.

Since before deployment (2021), I have been attending care under Heritage Lake Dental about a year prior. Since then, I have never stopped attending. Everytime I go in, the staff knows me by name, always friendly and willing to answer questions and hear my concerns, especially today with a dental concern. I am proud to be under their care. I having only been going to HLD for a few months, prior to that I had not been to a dentist in a very long time. I will say that the entire staff at HLD are top notch! Stephanie and Tina upfront are super helpful with any questions about insurance or the VA approval process; all the techs/hygienists I've had the pleasure of been seen by have been fantastic; and Dr. Wong is always so personable, efficient, and makes the different procedures from a RC to fillings go so smoothly!!
