Always a pleasant visit. From start to finish, safe procedures in place, friendly associates, and, of course, love Dr. Lee. Everyone is friendly and efficient.
First visit and definitely NOT my last. From the driveway to the exit door, all of the staff were simply amazing. I was greeted with a smile and had an exceptional hygienist (Jennifer). I felt like I was talking to my best friend! Dr. Lee was just as amazing. They did more than clean my teeth. They literally put a smile on my face that I desperately needed that day! Thank you!
New Pal family dentistry is a great place for dental work. From the staff at the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentist they are all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They are up to date on the latest innovations. For someone that would be timid about going to the dentist, this would be a great place. They take their time and I have never had anything painful happen to me.

It was my first visit. I went in for a check-up, x-rays, and cleaning. It was okay and it is impossible for a dentist visit to be better than that. They are totally professional, over the top friendly, efficient and punctual. Special kudos to Jen for the "okay" experience.
I am 77 and this is the best Dentist I have been to in 50 years. Very pleasant experience. She is efficient, professional and very personable. She has done wonders to my teeth. Plus, her staff members are fun to be around. They treat me with respect and dignity. I look forward to each visit. Just don't give me that shot in the roof of my mouth. LOL. God Bless you all.
We're new to the area and needed to establish with a new dentist - so glad we picked New Palestine Family Dentistry! They were fantastic with my daughter who was getting her teeth cleaned for the first time. Friendly, comprehensive service.
We really like Dr. Lee and her office staff. They are always so friendly. My son does not like needles and yet she is able to put him at ease that he doesn't feel like he needs someone there to hold his hand. He had a crown put on yesterday and she allowed him to listen to his headphones during the procedure so that he was distracted. We are so glad we found their practice.

I had a painful tooth & my regular dentist was closed for the week (Christmas). Dr Lee’s office worked me in, they were all incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. I have huge anxiety with dental problems - they couldn’t have been more understanding. I think I prob have a new regular dentist now.
