The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. All services go very smoothly and done with care.
Everyone at Dr. Z’s is so friendly and make you so comfortable. I have always been nervous and afraid of the Dentist but not with Dr.Z. I know it’s to late for me as my problem was years ago but now I feel I can call anytime . You never feel rushed . Thanks to the whole family at Doctor Z’s office.
Coming from a place in life where I’d spent years ignoring the deteriorating state of my oral health due to dental anxiety, to making the mistake of finally going to an emergency 24-hour dental place, where my fears were made real; I’ve finally found Dr. Z and his team! My anxiety levels were minimized by the time I left after an hour or so of just getting to know everyone and of course my exam. I went to this office for years before Doc Z took it over. It seems that the staff changes every time I’m in the office. They will also call & try to change your appointment every single time. They even rescheduled mine without approving with me first, then called to ask where I was when they were the ones who rescheduled it. This has happened 2-3 times. Laura did an excellent job with cleaning my teeth and answering my questions. Ryan did a great job polishing my teeth and adjusting the bite on one tooth. He offered a no taste polish that I really liked and he provided a paint on fluoride treatment which I liked much better than the liquid that you swish around the mouth. He also answered all of my questions.
Professional , efficient, well trained staff. great treatment, no pain, give them a try. You will be convinced.
I am very sorry you had this experience at our office. We have had the same staff for 2 years, I will pass this info along so that it doesn't happen anymore. Again our sincere apologies!!
