This afternoon was my first visit to Hadley Family Dentistry. In fact, we didn't have a family dentist until I called to ask if they were accepting new patients. This was the best call I've made in quite a while. Not only were they accepting new patients, but because of a broken tooth I had, they had me in a dentist's chair by 1:00! The service didn't stop there. Dr. Sloan, his assistant Pam, and the Dental Hygienist went over my teeth, made recommendations on how to proceed, both in the i...read moremmediate and in the future, and then quickly fixed the broken tooth problem! I understand why it's called Hadley Family Dentistry - as from that first call through the testing, explaining, and the procedure itself, at all times did they make you feel like you were already a part of their "family." I came into Hadley was rushed because I had recently started a new job and the schedule wasn’t as flexible. I let them know I was a little crunched for time and they made sure to give me great care AND did everything to get me in and out. I know everyone seems to be in a hurry now a days but they treated me like it was a their priority to make sure I got to work on time. I have never stayed with a dentist this long and it’s because acts of kindness like this.

Joe and his team at Hadley Family Dentistry have taken care of me and my wife for years! Now we have a 3 year old that is getting cleanings and it went great today for his first cleaning! :)

I am no different than anyone else terrified of Dentist. I had many horrific goes at it. From not being numbed and dentist not taking the time to explain things to me before procedure. Dr. Hadley took not only the time to make a relationship on a personal level and share his experience he had that makes him terrified, he gets it guys. He went through all options to get me through this from gas to sedation options or my favorite to work slow and just get me numb and move forward without any of th...read moreat. I had a giant hole/cavity in my tooth that was boarder line root canal material. He felt confident if he could get me to calm down he could fix it with no problems. I scheduled the filling apt on Monday and he took its slow. Explained everything. Made sure I was totally numb. He kept a good story going during the process. FINALLY were done right. I go home completely wore out from being worked up and crashed out, when I woke up four hours later I was in some pain. My husband called the dentist office to get some relief for me. I was swollen as my gums hate dentist as much as I do. THE DENTIST TOOK THE CALL not a nurse, not a go between, not the assistant THE DENTIST HIMSELF GOT ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. I was worried sense we were so close to the nerve it wasn't swelling it was the tooth itself. He knew this. He reassured me he thought it was the swelling. Some Ibuprofen and Tylenol later im feeling a ton better and actually eating again. I push on my tooth NO PAIN NO PAIN NO PAIN. My gums still swollen a little bruised which I bruise easy. I have another filling Scheduled and although I will be worked up from the mental fear, I have no doubt Dr. Hadley will work slow and get me and my teeth through this. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM IF YOUR TERRIFIED OF DENTIST. THANKS DR. HADLEY. read less
