In the past, I had never before visited a dentist who didn't cause me severe pain when getting work done. I had developed an exceedingly deep fear of going to the dentist as a result. Dr. Hayes completely shattered that fear. I have gotten several fillings and a crown done by him, and not once have I felt even a twinge of pain by his hand in the three years or so I've been going to his office. Both he and his staff are extremely skilled at their work and are also exceptionally caring and attentive. They are one of a kind; probably one of the best dental offices in the country. By far best Dentist I've ever had. Now that I've had to move away I realize just how appreciated a good dentist is. Im completely bummed to even consider another dentist. When you have had the best it's hard to find a comparative.

I have always dreaded dentist visits. After finding Advanced Dental Concepts, I dont mind going anymore. Their staff is amazing! They are all genuine, friendly, caring, and sweet. Dr Hayes is wonderful, quick, and very detailed in his work. I highly recommend their office! -Kim Cook

After living in pain for 1 1/2 years because my old dentist (who I had been going to for 30 yrs) said there was nothing wrong with my root canal tooth, even after two x-rays too, my husband suggested I see Dr. Hayes which I am so glad I did. He got me in right away, took an x-ray & found out one of the small canals of that tooth was infected! Dr Hayes & his staff fixed my tooth, I received a new crown & have been pain free ever since! Advanced Dental Concepts is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. I have spent many, many hours in a dental chair and the care and attention I have received is top notch. Everyone is so nice, respectful & caring. You know they are there for the patients well being, it's not just a job to them. I very strongly urge you to check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I have never been a fan of dentistry but Dr. Hayes and company make my experience as pleasurable as possible. I would recommend his practice to anyone in the Crown Point or Winfield area.
