I always feel welcome and I feel almost like we are family. I have known you all for a long time. I always tell my friends about Dr. Palatinus. I let them know how I feel no pain when I get a shot. I don't have sleepless nights before I have to go to the dentist like I use to. I only wish you great success.
Dr Steve saw me immediately for a tooth emergency. He was awesome!
Care was excellent!! All the staff is aware of my "dislike" of going to a dentist and are very caring and concerned that I am comfortable and informed to all that is being done. Dr. Steve is gentle and makes sure I have no pain or discomfort. My experience was with a staff that is very professional, proficient, and caring.

Dr. Palatinus provides excellent service to meet his exacting high standards in dental health. I would describe Dr. Palatinus and his entire staff as personable, caring, humourous, compassionate and meticulous in their duties. A visit to Dr. Palatinus' office is always looked forward to - even though it is "the dentist". I have referred close friends to Dr. Palatinus because I know excellent service will be provided.
Given my fear of dentists, Dr. Steve and his team are patient , gentle and caring . By the time I leave , they actually have me laughing!!!
