I know going to the dentist is not usually considered a good thing but Dr. Ruffatto you and all your staff make it a good thing. All of you are friendly and you do your work well. I feel comfortable coming for my checkups and other procedures. Thank you.
Everyone was friendly and competent. Cassie conducted a very informative complete teeth cleaning.
As always, Trish was ready for me as soon as I got there and my cleaning was done in 30 minutes! Everyone is always so nice and a joy to talk to. Donna is always on top of any appointment changes. The Dr is current on latest technology and I never feel pressured into unnecessary treatment, yet all my options are set before me.

Greeted by Donna's smiling face as usual and her pleasing personality makes me glad to come here. Then comes Cassie's smiling face to tell me she is ready to clean my teeth. She always ask how I am and we chat for a few minutes. She is so super nice and treats me so wonderful and makes me feel special. She does a great job of cleaning my teeth and before I know it she is done. Then Dr. Ruffatto comes in to do a check on my teeth. Great dentist, great service
While a visit to the dentist is not my idea of a fun afternoon, the friendly folks at Dr. Ruffatto's office never fail to make the experience pleasant. I am always greeted warmly and I love that each hygienists station has a big window that I can distract myself with while they do their work. Overall, as pleasant as a visit to a dentist can be!
