This was my first appointment at this site. I was very impressed with the office staff. The hygienist was very good. She explained things well and was very thorough. Dr. Muldowney was very professional and explained things so I could understand them. I was shown pictures of my teeth and she explained some future dental procedures that were possibly needed. I have never been a fan of the dentist but Dr. Muldowney and her staff are absolutely wonderful at making sure I am comfortable everytime I'm there. I highly recommend her and her entire staff for any dental work that you may need.
I have had a great experience so far with Dr. Muldowney and her staff. She explains and shows you what's going on with your teeth and is happy to answer any questions so that you better understand your dental plan. They are flexible, allowing payment plans and a visual payment schedule. I have had no surprises when it comes to billing and insurance coverage. I woukd recommend this office to anyone. Even children or adults with special needs.
Dr. Muldowney is friendly, efficient, and cares about her patients. Great place. I've been seeing her for almost 20 years.
