The hygienist was very good with Aiden. She made him feel very at ease and comfortable. He was proud that he got compliments for brushing priperly and was excited when we got home to try his new floss sticks and mouthwash.

This team is excellent in every way. They all are so kind & considerate...They dont criticize you if you need alot of dental work...The hygenist is excellent , the office girl will get all your insurance quotes done..And the dentist is the best...very gentle & likeable...he makes sure you are never in any pain....I love them all !

The whole staff is great. Gerry at the front desk makes you feel totally comfortable and Dr. Cheng does great work! Had some crowns done and they are perfect.
I'm a new patient at Fox River Dental. I'm very pleased on how my visit went! The staff is excellent and very helpful! Jerri the office manager is very nice and very helpful when it comes to insurance! Dr. Cheng took my tooth out and he was very gentle and very good! Dr. also followed up by calling me later in the day which usually it's office staff who call so I was really impressed with that! If you don't have a dentist yet I would highly recommend Fox River Dental and Dr. Micheal Cheng.
My first visit was so much better than any dental experience I've had to date. The staff is friendly, priofessional and helpful. Dr Cheng is personable, professional and skilled. The location is easily accessible. The office is very well maintained. I even enjoyed the music. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
