I could not be more grateful for this practice's competence, understanding and friendliness. I was a very worried mom with a child who needed to get a tooth removed quickly. The receptionist I initially talked to was so helpful and got x rays from my other practice quickly! They were able to get be in same-day for a consult and were able to squeeze in that procedure (which I was not expecting them to do but beyond grateful.) Conveniently located and easy to get appointments for my three kids. Dr. Egger is wonderful and all the staff is friendly and professional. We moved to this practice after leaving our city dentist and have been very happy!

My child has seen Dr. Egger several times. He and the whole staff at the practice are very warm, welcoming, and really know how to keep the children engaged and comfortable. The office is clean, lovely, and always a great experience.

Kindest staff and top notch dentist, my child is on the spectrum and they know how to make the experience calm, aware of sensory issues and sometimes even have a support dog to comfort him. We will miss them when he turns 18 - really the best!

We visited Pediatric dentistry of the northshore for a consult with Dr. Chad Silver. Our 6 week old had oral ties and we were on the fence about whether to have a frenectomy or not. Dr. Silver was incredible, along with his assistant Lynn. He spoke from a place of compassion, I’m sure he saw the look of dread on my face and he made sure I understood what the procedure entails and how tongue and lip ties can be revised. I felt immediate comfort and I made the decision to have the revision done du...read morering the same appointment. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Silver! He followed up with us a few hours after the procedure as well as days after. I hope this comment reaches the parents who might be nervous or unsure, go see Dr. Silver. He will put your mind at ease. I also want to add, they do not push you to do the procedure even if an oral tie is present. He is forthcoming and honest and I truly think that is what we need these days when it comes to medical care. read less

We had an amazing experience at this practice! My 3 year old son banged his front tooth last summer and developed an abscess. Everyone else told us the tooth would need to be pulled, but Dr. Egger was able to save and fix the tooth! The procedure was so quick, under 30 minutes, and everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists to the doctor made us feel very comfortable and cared for. I am so glad we found this place. I highly recommend this practice.

We love the entire practice! From the ladies at the desk, to the dental hygienists to the dentist, everyone is wonderful and nice. My middle son had a huge fear of the dentist and they always made him feel at ease. They are gentle with the kids and explain all things to parents very well.
