I recently had a deep cleaning done. Maria was very careful to make sure I was relaxed & comfortable . I don't know how she does it, but I didn't feel a thing even though she didn't use an anesthetic, just a numbing gel. I appreciate this because my mouth wasn't frozen for the rest of the day.
Dr. Penelope made me so comfortable and answered all my questions. Took care of me like one of her family members. She explained everything in detailed. It's nice to see a medical establishment that knows how to be attentive to the needs of its customers while providing excellent care all in a nice, clean, and thoughtfully laid out facility. The staff always has a nice smile or comment, are efficient with paperwork and obviously like working together. Nobody is perfect and over the years I have had questions or issues with treatment plans, billings, etc. The staff &/or doctors do their best to answer my concerns.
