First contact, "phone" to make an appointment. Second contact by phone I had a few questions and I was impressed with the friendly manner the front desk handles all calls.. I was blown away by the complete professionalism of the front desk staff and their friendliness. So very helpful coming in and leaving. The hygienist was also good at her job, explaining as she went. I absolutely LOVE Avid Dental. Dr. Goel is the most caring, calming dentist I’ve ever met. Her staff is equally as friendly! I’ve never been excited to go to the dentist until I went here. 😊 Highly recommend!

After a 38 year relationship with my dentist he retired. My daughter recommended Avid Dental and I gave them a shot. I could not be happier with my decision. This practice is modern, professional, friendly and has exceeded my expectations from the first appointment. I've been with them for a little over three years now getting my semi-annual checkups, a couple of crowns and even an emergency root canal. I am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist. I mentioned this to the staff and they went out of their way to make feel very comfortable. I would recommend Avid dental!

Julia did an excellent job at cleaning and explaining what areas required more attention to avoid plaque buildup. Dr S. pointed out a serious problem area and the options available to remedy it.

All around great customer service from from desk staff to dental hygienist to Sayali Bhatwadekar, DDS. All took their time to really listen to my needs and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I am ecstatic to go back and work with the whole team!

I have been going to the same dentist since I was little...was apprehensive to begin with, but was very comfortable from start. Most people are scared to go to the dentist...but not me! Avid dental gets a thumbs up all around! Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months!

I have had a wonderful experience every time I have been to Avid Dental. The employees are nice, quick, and to the point! I really appreciate all of Dr. Sayali's work on my teeth and I would recommend her to anyone! She is amazing and Avid is a great Dental Office. I am glad I switched to this office.
