I've been a patient for almost 20 years because Dr. Konz and her team provide the absolute best care. They always take the time to discuss concerns and questions, and they explain changes that are supported by current evidence based practice. I have always felt welcomed and respected in their office. Dr. Konz is absolutely fantastic! I live overseas and still choose to fly around the world back to Libertyville just to be seen by Dr. Konz! She is proactive with treatments and takes preventative measures to reduce chances of cavities & dental issues. Ultimately Dr. Konz and her team always make you feel comfortable & clean and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for treatment!

I found Dr. Konz via a web search for a "gentle dentist", as I had recently experienced a cracked tooth and in infection. I was in a lot of pain. I did not have a dentist of my own, based on terrible past experiences. I was left with dental anxiety.Dr. Konz and I interviewed each other, where we both asked each other dozens of questions. She has the vision and foresight to know how to correct my problems (crossbite and multiple broken teeth). She has an extensive range of professional colleagues for referrals, if needed (orthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons). My last appointment was a long 6 hours in the chair, and much of that time was spent laughing and sharing stories. (Who laughs and jokes while in the chair at the dentist?! Me, now that' I've found this fantastic woman!)Not only that, but her own professional staff is also second to no one. They are absolutely fantastic. From scheduling, referrals, chairside manner, billing, and KINDNESS, they are on their game.I feel so blessed to have found such a talented, caring, and professional team. I’ve been a patient of Dr Konz since around 2011. With a history of bad dentistry experiences, I didn’t have high expectations when I arrived. Oh boy, was I wrong!
