Dr Susie has taken such good care of my son, and he is not an easy patient. He has special needs and needs 3-4 people to hold him just for a cleaning. The staff never bats an eye, and are so sweet and patient with him every time. Tonight we had an emergency and Susie calmly told us to come right in, even though I know they were closing. She is so kind and calming and has a gift for even the hardest patients. We feel very lucky to be in her care.

I cannot explain how happy we were with our first visit to Dr. Suzy. Multiple people had recommended Northshore Dentistry for Children so we went there first for our 2.5 year olds first dentist visit. He ended up having some work needed on his baby teeth and I believe Northshore handled it poorly. We switched to Dr. Suzy and she was very responsive to our concerns. My daughter had an awful toothache and I got in touch with dr Suzy and she met us on a day the office was closed and took care of my daughters problem. Dr Suzy is the best around! My older daughter went to 3 other dentists with bad experiences and we found the best dentist ever! Thank you Grins on Greenbay you make life so much better ❤️
Dr. Suzy Pope is one of the best pediatric dentists out there. I have three kids all of which are 6 and under and it has been a stress free experience each time that we have gone in. The kids were all scheduled at the same time and there were plenty of dental hygienists to help assist. The kids enjoy going and it is a personal experience which each of them being able to talk to the dentist and pick out their favorite color toothbrush. My daughter visited Dr. Pope yesterday for her first check up since we moved to the area, and we couldn't have been happier. The hygiene procedures in place to deal with the Covid pandemic put her at ease, and Dr. Pope and her team took great care of her. Dr. Pope is happy to work with my daughter's orthodontist, and only offers treatment advice that is in the best interest of her patients.
Love this practice and my 4 kids love it too - they never complain about going to the dentist! Doctor Pope went out of her way to take an emergency call from me about an injury my youngest had and met me in the office the next day (on her day off) to check on him. Highly recommend!
