My son had to have a emergency appointment today and I received a call back right away . She got to take care him within a hour on Saturday. She was very pleasant and kept my son calm. Excellent customer service great doctors.
This place is truly wonderful. I had to take my 3 year old son here for some work and they were fantastic from the moment I called. I can't remember the receptionists name who called me back and set up the first appointment and also checked us out that first day, explaining the charges and insurance but she was just great (Maybe Fe?). It is THE BEST pediatric dentistry. Starting with the staff that greet / register you to the superb dentists, dental technicians and finishing with the billing staff. Just amazing and highly professional people. Their patients / clients are #1 and it shows in EVERYTHING that they do!
