On time friendly painless
I hadn't been to a dentist since I was a kid, it had been more than 9 years. I heard so many horror stories about dentists and I was afraid to have a bad experience. A coworker recommended Fox Valley Dental and after my first visit, I looked forward to showing up for my cleaning every six months. My appointment was right on time and went very well. All the problems seem to be eliminated
Our family has been going to Fox Valley Dental for more than 8 years. They have been accomodating and respectful to my elderly parents who needed help with denture fitting. They always found a way to see our college age kids who were home on break. Additionally, in the one year that I had to have 5 crowns due to broken teeth, they quickly and skillfully and painlessly fitted and installed them.
Excellent service, very friendly, very customer oriented. I was very pleased they were able to accommodate my request to get a dental problem addressed in an expedient manner. Staff is friendly, engaging and courteous. Dr. Zuk is outstanding.
My family has used FVDA since 2008 for our regular cleanings, which was thankfully all we needed. Twice in the last year, we have had emergencies come up. While I had always appreciated the dentists and the whole staff, having such wonderful, caring people there when needed on short notice means the world to me. Thank you again for getting me taken care of.
