Dr. P was absolutely wonderful! A Godsend! He was the ONLY dentist who agreed to see me on short notice Sunday morning after I fell in the bathroom. He had a kind, welcoming and warm disposition. He displayed the a kind of patience and precision that few dentists have. I felt totally and completely at ease and will definitely return to his office in the future. Do yourselves a favor and make an appointment with Dr. P!
Dr. P was wonderful in every way! 5 stars!!!! In the past experiences I've had at other dental offices the treatment was uncomfortable, unpleasant and half the time I felt like my jaw was gonna be ripped off or something. I don’t know what I would do with Dr. Pressling! He has from the beginning taken the utmost care of my needs. I called on a Sunday, most offices are not open. He called me within minutes of calling the office, from his cell, & stopped what he was doing to handle my situation. He handled my root canal promptly. He has also handled an extraction & made a flipper on the fly. Wow. I’ve never felt more important as a patient. He is the best doctor I’ve met in this city to date. Guaranteed!
Went from one of the worst days to one of the best! Was “punished” by another dentist by what I was told was a “stubborn” wisdom tooth. Was terrorized for nearly two hours by said dentist to no avail. I left the office with the tooth still in and open wounds to the mouth and a pain scale of an easy 10! One of the best heath care professionals in Chicago and I go to North Western for specialists. Ok I agree with the perspective that Dr. Steven isn't the most sensitive doctor and he would make a terrible general practitioner because of bedside manner but he isn't that- he is a dentist and a really good one. I had a horrible dentist up until high school and believe me, he was absolutely awful. My experiences there always made me afraid to go. However when I had severe pain in my molar I knew I needed to find a new dentist. I was scared and in pain to the point of tears when I got to the office. Ended up being a root canal. I have been a patient for 25 years. The time has flown and my teeth are in great shape, thanks to Dr Pressling! The staff brings out my big smile! Thank you all for the great care. You make a visit to the dentist painless!
Workers were very friendly. The doctor was awesome. Got me in and out in no time. Worked with me about payments. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone.
