Everyone that assistant me were very thorough and patient and what I loved the most was the DR. Explained everything that she was doing and why. Would definitely recommend this office to a friend.

If you are looking for an upgrade in your dental care this is the place to do it. The entire staff is very nice and very transparent. They make every effort possible to make sure that patients are treated with respect and that patients have a good understanding about the care they are going to receive and I really appreciate it.

I had a cleaning on Septemper 23, 2019. The dental hygienist, Tatiana, did a great job. She spent time educating me on the proper flossing and brushing techniques. She is very passionate about her job. The overall experience was very good.

The thing about this place is that you are the focus point.When you walk in, there is a friendly receptionist. She offered me water and I had a seat in the waiting room. There was a sign with the wifi password which is so nice because sometimes it can be weird to ask.My dental hygienist was so friendly. She spoke to me like an old friend. The biggest reason I am giving five stars is the fact that they came in, explained what I was paying for, and had me agree to it. I used to accidentally pay fo...read morer fluoride all the time when I didn't want to pay extra for it. I didn't feel judged for denying it either. They knew it was my choice and personally I don't ever get it because of the extra money. If you are looking for a new dentist, this would be a great spot! read less

Friendly staff. Dr. Lyuda is very down to earth and approachable. Comfortable atmosphere with up to date equipment. Getting x-rays done at her office was not a perfect experience but it was far better than my last dentist. Dental procedures are also rarely pleasant but Dr Lyuda and her staff made me feel relaxed and less apprehensive about having them done. I'm glad I switched.

I didn't think the dentist could be an enjoyable experience until my visit at VIP Dental Lounge. I was nervous going in and was greeted with a smile (perfect, of course) from Jessica at the front desk and immediately put me at ease. The cleaning and x-rays are my least favorite part but there was a big screen of pictures and a 90s pop playlist playing over their way to nice for a dental office speaker system to distract me. The staff individually chatted with me and it was over before I knew it....read more It was obvious everyone there got along and enjoyed being there and which just puts you in a good mood. The worst part: I had 2 cavities that Dr. Lyuda explained in detail. I've only had 1 cavity prior and forgot if it was painful. I expected they were going to tell me I needed to make another appointment but Dr. Lyuda was able to fill them during before I got out of the chair! They brought over the prices on a tablet beforehand so I could decide before they did it. The prices were reasonable and appreciated the transparency. I overheard someone volunteer to take a later lunch to make this happen. Whoever did that , thank you so much! read less
