Aside for the hour wait to see a dentist, I did not care for the loud music. Although the music was barely tolerable, Universal should be cognizant of those who may not appreciate the type of music that was playing. If I had an excruiating tooth-ache, I would have left. The staff seems nice enough and the premises was clean (including the bathroom). And the dentist was a great guy (I cannot remember his name). Excellent service and great team, made me feel like family😁 just thought I show off my teeth
The dentist was very professional. He explained to me the cleaning process and answered any questions that I had.
I just came in as a new patient and thought I would have work done the same day but they were quick, very nice and the doctor explained everything thoroughly.
So for years i have being hoing to different Dentist becasue my Previous one pass away, OMG , the Horror of finding a good dentist is over whelming, but the day i walk into Universal Dental was the day my life change for the better. Every single person in that office understand how zo Treat pateints. I am living oversea now but cant wait to make my appointment next Spring. Thank you guys. cheers from Germany.
Dr. Nader is AWESOME! He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and informative. It's obvious Dr. Nader's main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dental care possible. He took all the time needed to ensure I was comfortable and that I understood the status of my teeth. His office is equipped with videos so that, as a patient, I can learn about relevant teeth conditions and how to best mitigate these conditions while receiving dental care. Highly recommend.
Dr. Zizic (spelling?) was awesome! Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I appreciate his 50 yrs of dentistry experience.
The dentist was very professional and cleaned my teeth with care. She also provided me with tips on how to brush my teeth. See you in December.
