The entire staff at Magnificent Smile is professional, courteous, and efficient. From the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentist, it’s a terrific practice.
Always a positive experience, from the greeting by Jamie in the front office, to Karyn our hygienist, and of course Dr. Frericks.
Dr. Pinsky is a wonderful dentist. I’m so glad I finally found someone who could help my issue. He took excellent care of me and explained everything he was doing. He made me feel very at ease. I will be back and a regular patient of his!
My family and I have been patients with Dr. Frericks and Schwarz for 30+ years. The staff is wonderful and I just want to call out Jamie in particular. Her assistance in helping me coordinate with an oral surgeon referral was outstanding, plus the hands-on approach to customer service, follow-up, and display of empathy is exemplary!
I absolutely LOVE the staff at Magnificent Smile! I cannot stress enough how much I adore and TRUST my hygienist, JoAnn Butters, and my dentist, Ingrid Schwarz. 5 stars simply isn't enough! Dr.Ganzman goes above and beyond her job as a dentist and ensures that every visit you know you are given the absolute BEST care. She makes sure you are aware of all options for your dental treatment and explains the process thoroughly to ensure you are never dissatisfied or unaware of the full details. Fantastic experience! Always! Have not replaced removed, or loss a tooth since being a patient with "The Magnificent Smile." I have learned a lot about oral care and maintenance. And the office has been helpful in answering questions and suggesting better ways to care for my oral hygiene.The whole team is very caring, knowledgeable and professional.
I've been going to The Magnificent Smile for many years and even though I live in the far north suburbs, I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Frericks, my dentist, and Karyn Tanis, my dental hygienist, are so good and caring. The best!
Everyone at the Magnificent Smile is great. Dr. Frericks is friendly and always professional. He makes sure to explain everything well and always makes sure I am comfortable. All of the dental hygenists do a great job and you make sure not to hurt you while cleaning your teeth.
