This was my first experience at Pilsen Smiles, and I was impressed! I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and I felt cared for throughout the entire process from booking to leaving with my adorable complimentary welcome mug + goodies. They were completely transparent about insurance coverage, cost, and payment throughout the whole visit, so that anxiety was relieved. I needed to get a tooth gem removed, and they were completely knowledgeable of that service, yet supportive of my remaining teeth...read more jewelry. My visit was made exceptionally comfortable with the aroma therapy and Netflix, and the staff was beyond friendly. I left knowing what oral care I received, why I needed to receive it, and what I need to do to maintain a healthy mouth. This is my third time that I go to "Pilsen Smiles" and I really really recommend this place 👍, This place it's rated "4.8" but honestly it should be rated "5.0" The whole staff there, the receptionists, the dentists, everyone that works in "Pilsen Smiles" are always so "Awesome" and "Amazing" . They're always so attentive, So nice, They're so professional, Very caring, So Welcoming, They always answer all the questions and concerns that you have. They help you with anything you need, They a...read morelso give you a paper with instructions on what to do after your dental work and they also send you an email with the instructions 👍. They also call you the next day to see how you are doing or if you need anything. Another thing thats Also really cool and so awesome is that the dentist lets you borrow a headset so that you cant hear any noise while the dentist is working on your teeth and you can just sit back, relax and watch anything on "Netflix" 👍👍 never been to a dentist where they make you feel like you're "at home" that's so so cool. When I went this last time they even gave me an awesome gift, A "coffee mug" from "Pilsen Smiles" and a "gift bag" inside the mug with other cool things. 👍 This is the first time I ever get an awesome gift like this from a dentist place. I’m glad I sought my new dentist by looking up reviews because otherwise I wouldn’t have found Pilsen Smiles—what everyone is saying is true: they are the best. Especially Bri! There was zero shaming, she was SO affirming, and thorough, which are all the things I needed. I left feeling knowledgeable and prepared to start my treatment and I usually have too much anxiety for these things. If you’ve been meaning to go to the dentist, this is your sign to come here :)

I really recommend "Pilsen Smiles" it's the best dentist to go to. It's rated "4.8" which is so cool because I always look for good reviews from places before going to them. The whole staff from the receptionist, to the assistants , to Dr. Ochoa are so amazing, they do an awesome job everytime I go. They even send messages and emails on your phone about reminders about your appointments , and also instructions about what to do after your surgerys, dental work , antibiotics you need to take and h...read moreow you need to take them, etc ,which is so so awesome and very helpful. They are very professional, very honest, very respectful, very friendly, very helpful. They welcome you and make you feel very comfortable, Any questions that you might have or concerns you have they are always happy to help you and answer your questions. Definitely a great place to get everything done for your teeth. Everyone is amazing and takes great care of you from the moment you walk in ! My visit was so thorough, Maria the hygienist explained everything so well to me. Also, want to thank the doctors, Dr. Isa and Dr. Lee. You ladies were awesome! Would definitely recommend this place! This is my new dental home :)
