This was my first time back for a cleaning. Since my first time having cavities filled. As usual this place is great. Out of all my doctors I see , the dentist I feared the most growing up. But so many things have changed. Technology and the way they do things now is so easy. This place and all the dentist and people that work here are really knowledgeable and very friendly. Mostly Good, but not great. I really like the dentist and hygienist, and front desk personnel for the most part are professional. BUT, I requested pre-treatment estimate for my dental plan which I received. I scheduled two appointments which I thought was covering the services.. But after the bill comes in, learned they treated me for something that was NOT part MY ORIGINAL TREATMENT PLAN BUT IT WAS the dentist "watch list", unbeknownst to me on my date of service didn't know it was something th...read moreat wasn't pre estimated.I was told by the receptionist today, 1/9/25, they're not able to request a pre-treatment estimate for "watch list" items. Personally, it seems like a an excuse or it was a mistake by the receptionist or billing person not following through on getting pre-treatment estimates.The problem with this is that they can work on anything at any time without you knowing in a given consent to and bill you whatever later.I really wanted to make this my dental home but after I complete my PLANNED treatment. I think I might shop elsewhere.I was about to recommend this place to two other people, but hesitated because I know I hadn't reconciled my dental cost at that point. read less
