I'm a newer patient who has had about 3 appointments with Dr. Fredrickson. I've been very happy with the dental work and caring nature provided by this Dentist and his Staff. All my encounters have been exceptional and I would highly recommend this Dentist to everyone.
I recently visited as a new patient. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly. Very nice Carbondale office with easy access. The hygienist and Dentist were very thorough with cleaning and examination. I always fear dental work but this was a good experience.
The entire team was very pleasant, welcoming, and engaging. Dr. Fredrickson and his staff were thorough and did a great job of explaining "next steps." And as a bonus, the playlist was spot on! Past dentists have had TV's in the room, and I didn't realize how disengaging that is. The music seemed to encourage conversation a bit more. Nice touch.
Always a pleasure going to Dr. Fredrickson's office! They're very mindful of patients' time and try their best to run on time and the one instance (out of several visits) Dr. Fredrickson was extremely apologetic and nice. He and all his staff, from the sweet receptionist to the dental assistants to the hygienists are all very kind and genuine as well as very knowledgeable and they're also great with kids of all ages, including my high-energy 3 year old boy. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DENTIST AND NEECEE. NOT SURE HOW YOU SPELL HER NAME. THANKFUL FOR THEM.
Dr. Frederick son is great, very nice and very thorough, never rushed and explains things well. The staff are also great!
