EXCELLENT. Just an excellent experience. I was so happy with the quality of care here. It started with scheduling an appointment. I was easily able to communicate via email with the team and schedule my appointment. They even put me on a list and texted me to let me know an earlier appointment time had opened up! I was absolutely elated after the previous poor experience I had with a dentist office.The hygienist was thorough. She cleaned every tooth and was so chatty and easy-going that I felt v...read moreery comfortable. I felt like the whole care team respected my interests and what concerns I had with my teeth. They also used modern tools, including wands to take images of my teeth. The receptionist was communicative and prompt in getting my insurance through the system. Sparrow has always been very accommodating and friendly! I was going back and forth for a LONG time about whether or not to do invisalign and they were extremely patient with me, answered all my questions and never got fed up with the back and forth I caused. Even though I moved further away from them, I still make the trip to Dr. Patel even though I could easily find a closer dentist. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sparrow did an awesome job of making me feel safe when getting my cleaning done. They are using every precaution to protect themselves and their customers which was greatly appreciated! The office is also very relaxing and spacious and the people are all fantastic!

Had my cleaning during covid life. They made me feel totally confident in the way that they kept everything clean and socially distanced. Amy was my hygienist and she was great , but in my many visits, they have always had the most professional people working there. Dr Patel has created a terrific culture . Thank you Sparrow!

Dr. Patel is the best Dentist I've had! I went for a cleaning on 5/18/20 as soon as they were able to open given the Covid-19 closing. They were very careful about EVERYTHING! They took my temperature before they allowed my treatment. My hygienist wore a face mask. I had to gargle with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water before they treated me. A+

The woman at the front desk is exceptionally sweet, the office is very very clean, and the dentist and dental assistance are all very comforting

The whole team at Sparrow Dental is wonderful! I've been going there for five years and every visit has been great -- high quality care and they're really friendly. I was there in May 2020 and they were super conscientious with sanitation and PPE. Highly recommend!
