I was running late for my appointment today, but the staff was still very accommodating and allowed me to keep my appointment. I did call ahead of time when I knew I would be late because of work to give them the heads up. When I arrived, I was greeted with, “you made it!” It was nice to be greeted as such given the circumstances.

Overall the service was clear and accurate the dentist was friendly and reassuring when I walked in I knew I had major work that needed to be done. I look forward to working with the dental team as this is a journey that has always given me major stress. Hopefully I will get through this without a hitch!

I like to go there because it's close to my house, but parking is hard to find most of the time, especially on street sweeping days like Friday. They also have taken a long time to see me. I have waited over an hour to see the doctor even with an appointment.
