I'd give this place 100 stars if I could. My husband has been going to Riverwest for a few years. I haven't had insurance so I couldn't go. I finally got dental insurance, and scheduled an appointment right away. Dr Reid and the team never made me feel bad. I knew my teeth weren't in good shape. But they never made me feel bad about. As always I had a fabulous experience at River West! I got a same day crown and it feels great. It matches my other teeth perfectly! The staff did my cleaning and my crown in just under two hours- super fast. Everyone was kind and made sure I was comfortable. I tend to ask a lot of questions - they answered them all patiently. RiverWest is always very clean and the staff is professional. I highly recommend them.

A Big thanks to Dr. Justin Bell and Staff for taking such good care of me. You guys are awesome. I was in severe pain and you got me right in and took great care of me. Dr. Bell my wife said she knows you and used to do work with you at the Idaho Falls Surgery Center. She was the OR manager there. (Nanette Hirschi). She said you are a great guy!!
River west and foothills dental are great. I alway feel like I have been treated fairly and they do an excellent job. Best customer service of any dental office I have ever been to.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years because of not having dental insurance so I was really nervous. The staff was very friendly, very helpful and very quick. They quickly put me at ease and were able to have me in and out fast and feeling much more confident about my smile.
