I went into the office today for a 2:30 appointment. I received a warm, professional greeting. I had 18 x-rays to take, but I was told it wouldn't take long and it didn't. Dr. Koyanagi was very gentle and to the point. Her thoroughness is a testament of how much she enjoys her job. She answered all my questions in detail, using terms that I could understand, making my decisions easier. The delivery of the invoice wasn't pushy and there were no "convenience fees" like at the more flashier dentist offices. I knew I was presented the price of the work required, and I wasn't paying for fancy artwork or decorative flooring in the dentist office. I had my exam, cleaning, and crown prep down in one visit which saves me valuable time. I live in town, but I prefer to make the drive to Pearl City because I know I'll be greeted with professionalism and the work is outstanding-nothing extra, no attempts of up selling of devices and procedures that are not related to my issues/dental history. Quality and relevant service in a timely manner, five stars! And yes, "I usually don't write reviews," but the work was that good, lol. read less

I had a really good visit with this Clinic. The hygienist did a really good job and she was very gentle and thorough. Her name was Kimmie. The doctor was really nice too!

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Marilyn Chun! Not only is she a great dentist, she cares. She always provides information that I need and reassurance to all my concerns. She has an amazing staff as well.

Kimie always treats me like family. She makes sure I’m comfortable and pain-free. Dr Chen is also very gentle when checking my teeth as I have sensitive gums. They both respect me and make my visits pain free! Thank you both! You’re the BEST!

As usual, i received excellent care from the check in, through the two hours in the chair for my needed services. The entire procedure was clearly explained to me and i was allowed to participate in the decisions during the duration of the care. I have nothing but praise & respect for all aspects of this office and its professional staff. Thank you
