I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time. I showed up scared and very anxious. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming! Explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Nitta and her staff.

First time in Hawaii I have received a full cancer check from a dentist. The doctor answered my questions honestly and did not try to sell anymore services than I needed. Hygienist was friendly, patient & thorough. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Going into my appointment knowing it was mostly new staff, Tropical Smiles was on a test to see if I would stick with the services. A+ is what I say for a smooth transition from this patient and happy to return to a friendly and competent staff.

The entire staff at Tropical Smiles Dental is welcoming and experienced. The work I received was so advanced at yet done with such gentleness and respect. I was kept well informed of all that was needed and what would go on before hand and was checked in with frequently throughout the procedure(s). Dr. Nitta is very thorough and professional. Her investment in the latest equipment for imaging and all dental work is impressive. Kona is lucky to have a good dental office like Tropical Smiles. It's a relief going through procedures knowing the practitioner is qualified and advanced in technique. Mahalo for the service, Tropical Smiles.
