I am completely satisfied with Pacific Dental. I have multiple orthopedic limitations and use a walker. I frequently use Lyft ride service. I can guide the drive to the elevator drop-off spot but it's almost impossible, using a cell phone app to instruct about the in-garage by the elevator pick-up location. I'm working on an alternate ride service plan.

From the moment you enter the office the staff is welcoming you and very kind, Dr Chien and her hygienist are an amazing team and worth checking out. I live on a neighbor island and good dentist are a challenge to find. They have been a great resource for me.

They are professional, caring , very knowledgeable about all the new procedures and techniques as well as technology that is being developed everyday. They will tell you what works and what doesn't so you will always make the right choice and not waste your time or money. They care about you and treat you like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work from qualified professionals that care how you look.

Albright at the front desk very welcoming and efficient. Lawrence did excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr Fujii provided thorough exam. Very friendly professionals.
