First let me say, I was always terrified of going to the dentist for any reason!! Several years ago I needed a root canal. For some reason there was a problem that made it a more difficult procedure. I went to several Dentist and a couple of Endodontists that were not able to take care of the problem. I sent my XRays to an office that was supposed to be the best in this field. I was ready t...read moreo have it pulled but unable to find anyone willing to do that either. This went on for months and the pain intensified. A co-worker suggested I see Dr. Bartholomew. Even though it was a bit of a drive I was willing do give it a shot. He had to be the kindest Dentist I have been too. He saw no problem with doing the procedure although it was a bit of a challenge. The first part of the procedure was to be done in two visits but he was able to complete that portion in just one while I was already under. He totally understood what I had been through and made my visits so much easier. It took a little while but he managed to save that tooth and was able to do it without tying me to the chair. lol I know this is lengthy but hope it is read because I cannot say enough about Dr. B. He and his staff are not only very professional, they make it easy to go to his office. I will make the drive and hope I never have to change for any reason!!! read less
