Dr.Fisher stated it would only be a couple of days for the insurance to get back to him on how much they would pay. Well, someone should advise the staff that, I called them after a week, they told me it usually takes 10 days to two weeks. I was upset but waited two and a half weeks before calling them again. But, before I did, I called my insurance company, they stated they had not received any paperwork from Dr. Fisher office. I called the dental doctor office and told them what my insurance s...read moreaid. They told me that the insurance must be backed up. They put the blame on the insurance company, and it normally can take up to two weeks to 30 days. Once again going into my forth week, called the insurance, I was told that they have the paperwork but incorrect codes where applied. I waited for the dental office to call me , “ i needed the work done on my teeth, but no one ever did. After about a month and a half I call them to verify that I had found a new dentist. After that I received a bill from them They made sure to send that out right away. I would not recommend this office to anyone. read less

10/24/22We are very sorry, this doesn't sound right, it would never take a couple days for insurance to get back to us, and I'm sure there is another explanation for this situation.

Called to try and make an appointment and they hung up tried to call back and they let the phone keep ringing

You really have no way of knowing how much dental work you "Really" need. Plenty of dentsts out there doing work that is not required to make more profit. Not here! I trust Mark Fisher!

Dr. Fisher and his staff are wonderful! My family and I have been going there for years. We moved an hour and a half away and still drive here for our appointments. We would not consider switching to any other practice!!!
