Dr. Watson and staff are great! My only disappointment is the short list of "in network" insurances; although, they will file whatever type coverage you have.

Dr.Watson and his staff were very patient and caring with my high anxiety due to getting dental work done. They were very thorough with explaing how to care for my teeth. I definitely appreciate Ms.Vickie for making sure I understood billing she was very caring and patient. I would highly recommend them.

Went to have some teeth pulled, but wasn't able to do due to them being impacted. While I was there the whole staff was friendly, and made everything hassle free. Definitely recommend them

Truly a blessing. I came in a lot of pain, they took such good care of me. I HATE needles but didn't feel a thing. I didn't have a appointment but they worked me in. Hours later, still minimal pain. TRULY A BLESSING.

Dr. Jackson as well as Dr. Watson are amazing! They are always professional and treat their patients as if we are family! The staff is also amazing (Mrs. Gloria is my absolute favorite she's so professional and courteous!)!!! If your are looking for lifetime dentistry look no further because you've found it!!👌👌👌

I went today for a 1st visit and was ecstatic. Dr. Jackson and her team made you feel welcome. They were very professional and answered all my questions, sit with you and explain everything that they are doing. I've been here in Macon for 4 yrs,and wish I would have went there sooner. I was so floored on everything they did. I recommend everyone.

Everyone in the office are super nice. Dr. Watson makes me daughter feel comfortable. All the staff greet me and my daughter with a smile. The work that is provided by the Dentist and the staff is impeccable. I am so please with the orthodontist service that my daughter receive. I recommend everyone that is seeking orthodontist work to Northside Family Dentistry in Macon.
