I had broken a couple of teeth earlier in the week and they were able to work me in at the last minute. The entire staff was courteous and showed how much they cared about my pain.

As soon as I got there I was greeted with happiness and immediately felt all my stress fall away. There is such a comfortable atmosphere here and a true acceptance. Even though I felt like I had "all" these problems with my teeth I kept being reassured that it would all be ok. I was not judged. They actually kept telling me things are not as bad as I think and guess what? They weren't. I am on my way to a beautiful and confident and healthy smile Bain Dental is a class act. I have had another dentist for all my life up until they stopped taking my insurance recently, so this was my first time at Dr. Bain's. The entire staff was incredibly nice to me, the waiting room had up-to-date magazines, including Sports Illustrated, and complementary drinks. They immediately got to know me and tell me about themselves while I was in the chair. Furthermore, my cleaner dealt with a lot of tartar and calculus on a few of my teeth, but she talked to me about them in a positive ma...read morenner (i.e. "These teeth are gonna be so happy and white once this is off") instead of negatively (i.e. "These teeth were gross because you havent been taking care of them"). She explained and helped me understand why I was having issues in certain areas in and gladly clarified any terms or concepts such as calculus or a crown, both of which I was unsure of. Dr. McMiller was very nice, knowledgable, and short and sweet in her analysis. Lastly, my teeth look whiter and cleaner than they have in years solely because of their thorough cleaning and fluoride treatment. I have found my new dentist, to be sure. read less

I highly recommend Bain Dental Group to you. Focus is on preventive care which just makes sense. Their care plan is very affordable and for any problems that arise you are given a written estimate of the cost ahead of scheduling for work to be done. Also they are up to date with all the latest equipment and procedures to keep your teeth, and therefore, your health as good as possible. I feel fortunate to be one of their patients.
