Dr Cesar and the staff are great!!! They are all very knowledgeable, helpful, personable and thorough. I had my 2 wisdom teeth removed there, and the prices were more reasonable than what I would have paid at an oral surgeon, which was what I was recommended before! Overall it has been a great experience. They have checked on me, responded to text messages and calls with questions promptly! Highly recommend on the level of care and their prices!!! If could give more stars I would!!!
Just want to tank you all the crew , Dr Cesar for being so professional, Mrs Sandy ( angel hands), Naomi ( most kind person I know ). And today I came for a cleaning, but I have very sensitive teeth, so I met Mrs Seema, she did a wonderful job, was my less painful experience of cleaning ever . I high recommend the confident Alpharetta, I had a long treatment replacing some crows and have a great results .
I am very happy with the attention and work done by Dr. Cesar and im very thankful with the results. I�ve followed Dr. Cesar from various offices gris work is amazing. The front desk, Naomi and Adrianna are very kind and helpful... And all my family I�ve referred here and I love that Dr. Cesar and staff cater to me in various languages. For being a native Spanish speaker I felt at home here in the office. 5 stars!!!

this office and their staff are amazing! I was able to get everything done from my cleaning, a teeth whitening procedure and all my wisdom teeth removed in this 1 office. Dr. Cesar worked with me financially and was very thorough and patient in explaining procedures to me. His assistants Sandy and Bryant are very kind and made me feel at ease. This dentistry is amazing, I got my wisdom teeth and braces done here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even called in a prescription on a Sunday for me; as the pain was a bit much for me. Overall very caring, especially Dr. Cesar, highly recommend this place!
Dr. Caesar is honest, gentle,knowledgeable and very pleasant. He takes his time to explain what needs to be done and why. Love Naomi at the front desk. It�s nice to come into the office when people know you by name.
I've had plenty of dental work done at ConfiDent. Dr. Cesar and his staff are great. They all are very personable and care about their patients. Naomi at the front desk never frowns....always smiling and SUPER helpful! Had an issue with a tooth and Dr. Cesar communicated with my by text and phone...and met me at his office very late on a Sunday night to help me. 5 Stars!

Dr. Cesar and his staff are amazing and very friendly. I been recommending him to everybody I no. I was extra nervous, but he did everything so fast and reassured me everything will be fine.
