I was happy with my experience. It went a little longer than I expected however, I was pleased with the results. I am setting up my follow up appt's within the next week. On a side note I cannot recommend enough this facility over a franchise. I love shopping local and this was the same experience I would expect from a local restaurant or clothing shop. Safety Harbor Family Dentistry was top notch.

Always a pleasant experience even with an 11 year old who fears dentists ! Dr. Grace is kind and detail oriented and I highly recommend. The staff as well, lovely.

Great staff, friendly and considerate of your time. Very clean office, great with both my kids ages 4 and 2 and when they are with me for my apt., they go above and beyond to keep them entertained. Honest staff that takes the time to go over multiple options/approaches with you to help make decisions. The best location too!

We started seeing Dr. Cai after we moved from Philadelphia in April 2019. She's absolutely WONDERFUL! She is very thorough, never in a rush, and always explains everything to us. Unfortunately, we weren't treated properly by our former dentists in Philly, but Dr. Cai examined us, found all the problems with our teeth, and has been dealing with everything since then. Her front office personnel are friendly. All of her assistants and hygienists are very kind and compassionate too. Medina at the front desk is amazing , as is the whole staff! Great service and they care about their patients!
