From the first phone encounter with Trish to the meeting with the Hygienist Barbara and finally the exam with Dr MacKenzie the entire experience could not have been more pleasant. They all totally put this nervous patient at ease, they are gentle, caring and without judgment. My husband will be transferring his care to this wonderful office and have already referred a friend. Looking forward to my next appointment and that's saying alot.
From someone who Always feared going to the dentist, I can tell u that I always feel comfortable going to Dr. McKenzies office. Never feel the pain and love the staff. Warm and welcoming.
