Prior to my initial visit, I completed various forms that were sent by e-mail to me. Nothing tricky here and very easy to complete. The office also sent a birthday greeting since my b-day was 1 month before my visit. That was such a nice touch! The office staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen on-time. The office was clean and comfortable. The examining room was clean and high tech and also had a tv for my entertainment/distraction. I had a thorough exam and xrays were taken.
