My mom and I took my 3 year old Joshua to his 6 month checkup and cleaning this week. Dr.M has taken care of Joshuas teeth since he first got teeth, but at this appt a new doc walked in and introduced herself and began her exam. We love Dr.M and give her cudos for choosing a wonderful new addition to her practice. Dr Ally is professional, kind, and fits right in to the "patient first" attitude yall have. Wonderful first visit for my almost 2 year old! He was nervous at first, but the toys and friendly staff quickly put him at ease. Dr. McAuley and Dr. Allie both came by to say hello and welcome us to the practice. I even received a follow up call this afternoon to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Highly recommend this office!
My granddaughter has been seeing Dr. McAuley since she was 3 years old. Initially, my granddaughter had some significant dental problems which would require either a prolonged office visit without sedation or outpatient surgery with sedation and the ability for Dr. McAuley to better inspect her teeth. I was very apprehensive about putting my granddaughter to sleep with anesthesia, but Dr. McAuley put all of my concerns to rest. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. They were gentle and encouraging to our children(2 & 4). The boys were very comfortable with this dentist and enjoyed the toys that were available to play with. The Dr. as well as the hygienists gave great tips and instructions on how to keep our children's teeth healthy for years to come.
Being using Dr. McAuley for a few years now and absolutely LOVE her and her staff. They all are so well my daughter. Not sure what we will do when she gets to old to go here. We will cross that bridge when it's time :) God Bless you and your staff for such WONDERFUL work..
My son has now had two visits to Dr. McAuley's office. He was two the first time, and three the second time. Both times I was overly impressed with the friendliness and patience that the entire staff showed to not only my son, but to me, as well. They truly know how to make kids feel comfortable in a situation where kids are usually terrified.
