There is not a process in place to make an emergency appointment. For normal service I’ll give them 5 stars, the staff is knowledgeable, the practice is top of the line in equipment, clean and excellent service, but trying to make an appointment for an emergency is not acceptable. Dr Eagan is no longer available, the personal service is gone, I guess the practice has been very successful, last couple of times I have been treated by her assistants.

05/18/21Hello Carlos, We are so sorry you had this experience. Dr.Eagan always has availability for emergency appointments which are given to patients in order of necessity. Your most recent treatment has been completed by Dr.Echeverri, a second doctor working out of our office, not an asisstant. Unfortunately, Dr.Eagan is not always available for same day appointments and Dr.Echeverri will take the emergency. If you would like to exclusively see Dr. Eagan, please let the office know and we will make that happen. Thank You, Team Eagan

Dr. Eagan have been my dentist for around 14 years, She is always professional, and very knowledgeable. I can’t imagine going to another dentist. The office staff are friendly and helpful, When you walk into the office the decor and atmosphere calm you down immediately. Awesome practice!

I always have a great experience at Dr. Eagan's office... Even during COVID, i was seen promptly and their office is sparkling clean. Dr. Eagan and her staff are kind, empathetic, and always make you feel at ease.
